We offer a £300 referral payment if you introduce a qualified social worker who goes on to secure a permanent role through us. This applies to newly qualified social workers, qualified social workers, senior practitioners and managers.

If you know someone who may be considering a move or is currently out of work, you can pass their details on to us (with their permission), or ask them to register directly and mention your name when completing our candidate registration form. From there, we’ll take care of the recruitment process in the same considered and professional way we work with all candidates.

If the referred social worker is successfully placed into a permanent role, the referral qualifies for payment. The £300 referral payment is made after the candidate has completed three months in their new role, and is paid directly into your nominated bank account.

Referrals must be made before or at the point the candidate registers with us, and the candidate must not already be registered. Referral payments apply to permanent placements only, with one payment made per successful placement. All referrals are handled professionally and in line with data protection requirements.
