4.2 Introduction of Candidates

An introduction is deemed to have occurred when Tenurly Social Work provides a candidate’s details to a client, whether directly or indirectly.

This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of a CV, candidate profile, or any information that enables identification of the candidate.
