INITIAL DISCUSSIONS & ROLE CONSIDERATION
Once you’ve registered, we’ll start with an initial discussion to understand your background, experience, service preferences, and location, as well as what you’re realistically looking for next.
From there, we’ll either discuss suitable live roles or keep you in mind for opportunities as they come up. Any approach is targeted and handled professionally, and nothing is progressed without your knowledge.
Interview Coordination & job offers
We coordinate interviews and act as a clear point of contact between you and the organisation throughout the process.
Interview dates and details are arranged, and relevant information is shared in advance so you know what to expect.
Communication is kept clear at each stage. Where feedback is available, it is passed on and discussed.
We then manage next steps through to offers, notice periods, and agreed start dates.
Your information is treated professionally and in line with data protection requirements. Details are only shared with organisations with your knowledge and consent, and you remain in control of which roles you are considered for.
