Fees and Guarantee

Permanent recruitment fees are charged as a percentage of the Qualified Social Worker’s first-year salary.

The typical fee range is 10–12%, depending on role seniority.

There are:

  • No charges for searching

  • No costs unless a candidate starts

All placements include a three-month staggered refund guarantee, providing reassurance if a placement does not proceed as planned.

All fees, terms, and guarantees are confirmed in advance, before any candidate starts.

Compliance Boundaries

We confirm:

  • Social Work England registration

  • Right-to-work status

All statutory employment checks, including DBS, references, occupational health and safeguarding, remain the responsibility of the employing organisation. We do not conduct or store this data.
