Referral Scheme – Terms & Conditions
The referral scheme offers a £300 referral payment for the successful placement of a qualified social worker into a permanent role through Tenurly Social Work.
The scheme applies to referrals of Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs), Qualified Social Workers, Senior Practitioners, and Managers.
To qualify, the referred candidate must not already be registered with Tenurly and must be referred before or at the point of initial registration.
Referrals must be made with the candidate’s knowledge and consent. You may either submit their details directly or ask the candidate to register themselves and clearly name you as the referrer.
A referral is deemed successful only when the referred candidate secures a permanent role through Tenurly Social Work and completes three months of continuous employment in that role.
The £300 referral payment is made after the three-month qualifying period has been completed and is paid directly into the referrer’s nominated UK bank account.
Only one referral payment is made per successful placement, regardless of role duration or future moves.
Referral payments apply to permanent placements only. Temporary, locum, or agency roles are excluded.
Tenurly reserves the right to decline a referral payment where eligibility criteria are not met or where a referral cannot be clearly attributed.
All referrals and personal data are handled professionally and in line with data protection legislation. Full details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
