We offer competitive permanent recruitment rates, typically 10–12% of the Qualified Social Worker’s first-year salary, depending on the seniority and requirements of the role.
Fees are payable within 30 days of the candidate’s start date.
All placements include a three-month staggered refund guarantee, providing reassurance should a placement not proceed as planned.
